“BELIEVING THE UNBELIEVABLE” [C]

“The disciples came and asked Jesus, ‘Why do You speak to the people in parables? And Jesus answered them saying, ‘It has been given To you to know the Mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven; but it has not yet been granted to them. For whosoeveralready has (spiritual knowledge), to him will even more abundantly be given; but whosoever does not have (spiritual knowledge), his (human) knowledge must firstbe taken away from him. Thus for now, I must speak to them in parables because although they have the power to see, they do not see; and having the power to hear they do not hear; nor do they understand. In fact, in them, the prophecy of Isaiahis being fulfilled which says, ‘You shall hear but not understand; you shall see but not perceive. For this people’s heart has grown cold and calloused and their earsare dull of hearing and their eyes have closed lest at any time they should see with their eyes, hear with their ears and understand with their hearts and be converted and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes for they see; and your ears for they hear. For of a truth I say to you that many prophets and righteous men have desired to see the things you see but have not seen them; and have longed to hear the things you hear but have not heard them.” (Mt 13:11-17)

As you read this passage, beloveds, see which classification describes your present state! Have your spiritual eyes, ears, and heart been opened to see, hear, and understand all the Mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven? If not, here is the reason why.

It is written, “No eye has seen, and no ear has heard, and no man’s heart has ever been able to imagine the things God has prepared for them that love Him! But God has revealed (unveiled, exposed and permitted us to receive) them by His Spirit, for the Spirit searches (examines and tests) all things, yes, even the deep things of God! For in the same way that natural men are able to perceive by the spirit of man thosethings having to do with the natural state of men; so also the things of God can onlybe discerned by the Spirit of God! We who are given to believe in Christ have not received the spirit of this world, but have received the Spirit of God so that we may know and understand the things (Revelations of Christ) freely given to us by God!! We do not speak of Godly things in words taught by human wisdom but as we aretaught Wisdom by the Holy Spirit Who only relates spiritual things to spritual men.Natural man cannot receive the things of the Spirit as they are foolishness to him; neither can he know them since they are spiritually discerned!” (1 Co 2:9-14)

Do not deceive yourself by thinking your human understanding can by any means perceive the spiritual things of God for He has clearly stated that such are sealed and locked away from all prying eyes, ears and understanding of flesh which would only pervert, defile and expose them to its death. Be content for now with your natural knowledge and wisdom till that glorious hour when the Spirit of Christ is foreordained to arise in your heart like the glowing dawn of a new day! Then when that blessed hour arrives, dear one, be certain that you cherish and protect every Revelation of Christ as a precious pearl! Never take them for granted or treat them lightly lest they be taken away!
                It is dangerous to become careless or prideful in our in-part Knowledge of Holy things! Remember that Mysteries are only given to those who love God, so let us not “leave our First Love!” (Re 2:4)
